Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a little while. I have an exam coming up on Monday, so I have been spending most of my time studying, and when I am not studying, I am sleeping. It cuts into my Blogger time :(
Anyway, I just wanted to make a quick post to let you all know that I probably won't be posting unless anything dramatic or drastic changes before Monday, and also to ask if anyone watched America's Next Top Model this evening? If you did, you know what I am going to say next. Anna Maria!
This girl was so small. I don't know how tall she was, but she said she weighed 110 pounds, and to be on that show, she was probably 5'10" or something. Everyone on the show kept talking about how emaciated she looked, and even the judges commented about how she looked sickly. I felt really bad for her, because she kept saying how she liked the way she looked, and that she liked being thin. My heart definitely went out to her, and I actually like the way she looked, as well.
My friends watching it with me kept saying things like "She needs to go to Burger King!" and "She is way too skinny!" and "She is totally anorexic". I couldn't say anything, because my friends would have looked at me like I was crazy if I said I liked how she looked. Anyway, I wonder if that girl is one of us. I looked for a red bracelet, but if she had one I didn't see it.
That's about it for tonight, ladies :)

ReplyDeleteI always look for red bracelets at girls, even though here I don't think anyone will know. and of course I think that if she was wearing a red bracelet at the show she would get totally exposed, I mean these people should know what that is!!

I was upset about Anna Maria, too. I hardly ever watch that show - was just watching 'cause my sis had it on. But that was such rubbish when they were saying they don't want to be representing that kind of image! Wtf are they talking about?! The whole modeling industry represents that image. >:( It made me mad.
