Secret Santa

A group of my friends and myself are doing a Secret Santa gift exchange tomorrow after classes. It is our last day of classes, and then we have finals this coming Tuesday and Wednesday, so we figured this would be a fun way to celebrate and not be something to stress over going to or not, like a party involving alcohol or something, when we need to study.

I got my friend, S. The limit was $15, so I went to the mall and found her some pajama pants and a fleecy top at Old Navy. She is a little bigger, so I got them in medium. I was worried that the girl at the check-out counter would think I was buying them in medium for myself, so I made sure to ask for a gift receipt.

So I don't really have anything else to report. I have come to the realization that I am going to be scale-less for all of winter break, 5 weeks. We have no scale at home. I will have to use my tightest pair of jeans to judge. As long as I control what I am eating, I will be fine, but it will be annoying to not know what my exact weight is every day. This is going to be tough...
