Thinspo and A Hooray!

I just wanted to do a quick post on some thinspo I've been loving today :)

Today has been pretty great, intake wise! Not studying wise; my brain is about mush right now from all the info I am trying to shove into it. But I only ate approximately 550 calories, which is great for a day when I need to study! Most of it came from this chocolate-butterscotch rice crispies treat thing I have leftover from making them for a party. It was the only solid food I have had all day, except for a few M&Ms. The rest was tea and coffee I know, so healthy, right? But hey, sometimes you need sugar and caffeine to make it through a hard day of studying. Hopefully tomorrow I will make healthier food choices, but I have no appetite right now, so it's difficult to decide I actually am going to eat something, even though I might be hungry, since nothing sounds good. I also need to make it a point to have a mid-afternoon coffee more often! I drank a big cup around 3:15 and it killed any hunger until 7:30, at which point it was too close to my 8:00pm food cut-off for me to eat anything. Not that I would have eaten anyway, because even though I was hungry, I didn't really want to eat. I love how stress ruins my appetite :) I just wish stress didn't suck so much! LOL

Oh, and I didn't end up going to that party at my friend's house Sunday night, so all calories avoided!

    I don't really like her, but I have to admit, when i look at myself in the mirror in the morning, her body is what i would like to see under my head.
    gaaaah and life is so much easier for her because of her body.

    well done on the minimal food intake :-) i always tend to want to munch on something while i study. sometimes i am good and grab some celery sticks but usually i grab something like crackers ugh. you did great today!! i hope things get better soon... less stressful

  5. I love Whitney's legs! I sleep better on an empty stomach too :)
    coffee helps me take any hunger away, so I drink two every day (not good but no calories!)
