Big day of finals tomorrow, ladies! Wish me luck!
Tomorrow the school is feeding us breakfast, but it's bagels and doughnuts, which I luckily cannot have any, so that is an easy fix :) Sometimes gluten-free sucks, but other times I love it.
Today was another good day, calorie wise. I ate more than yesterday, 800 calories, but that is still a good number in my opinion. I mostly had tea, coffee, an apple, cheddar cheese (a lot... oops... calcium?) and a handful of M&Ms. Yeah, obviously you can see that the majority of my calories came from the cheese. But I rationalized it to myself that at that point in the day (4:45pm) I had only had 180 calories, and the apple and cheddar would be my only meal, so I let myself have as much cheese as I wanted. And then when I was done, I was full but not too full, and I didn't want anymore. And now I am feeling hungry again and I am about to go sleep to wake up early to study some more. So all is good.
I got invited to a small Christmas party on Saturday night at an old friend's house back home. Most of the people that will be there I haven't seen since high school, so like.... seven years! That gives me even more resolve to restrict really well so I can look as thin as possible by Saturday. I already have my outfit planned. I am such a loser. It's just a pair of jeans and a cozy grey turtleneck sweater from J.Crew, but it makes me look and feel good :) By Saturday, I will be home for winter break, so I am going to tell my parents that we are having dinner at the party, so I won't have to eat dinner beforehand. I hate feeling full of food before I go to a party. It just feels embarrassing.
Oh, also, I have started following about five or so new blogs, and I am reading them from the beginning. They are all written by girls that have recently commented on my blog entries, so if you recently commented and I haven't commented on any of your blog posts yet, I promise you, I am reading! It will just take me a little while to catch up to the most recent post!
Love you, Skinnies!

ReplyDeleteand have fun on Saturday, I'm sure you will look amazing, dear! :)
cheese is mostly always ok in my book. we seriously need the calcium. if nothing else i hope i'm at least getting enough of that 'cause i don't want osteoporosis.
ReplyDeleteGod, I could live on cheese alone! lol
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure cheese is okay as I think calcium is supposed to get rid of, or at least simmer down any cravings you get for high sugar foods.
ReplyDeleteHave fun on Saturday! I'm sure you'll look stunning.
ReplyDeleteOne of the joys of seeing old friends is seeing how much weight they've gained. Is that wrong for me to say? ;)
Ooooh oooh ohh I loooove the sound of that outfit! So festive and ultra chic without trying too hard. Okay, maybe not ultra chic. But definitely cute! :D
