So, the exam is over. It wasn't as horrid as I thought it was going to be. Or maybe since I studied my little butt off, something sank in! I am going to go with the latter. But it was still majorly hard, and I do not want to repeat that, although we will have another midterm and then a final. And get this - our second midterm is the day before Thanksgiving! Thanks alot. Absolutely no travel time. I will have to make the five hour trip back home sometime in the afternoon.
But, I am just so happy that is over. I am so unbelievably tired. My friends and I were going to go see Where the Wild Things Are this evening, but we decided on going tomorrow night instead. We are just too exhausted.
So I have lost 3.5lbs in four days. I am now at 128.5lbs. I was up to 132lbs. on Thursday. So I figure that's pretty good. But I am only going to change my stats on Sundays, because otherwise things are going to get a little crazy, haha. If I can keep this up, I will be at my goal weight in no time. And it was all stress induced restricting. But its really given me a swift kick in the butt to get back into restricting hard-core, and I think it was exactly what I needed. Restricting comes so easily to me when I just put in a bit of effort. This evening I did have a slice of pizza at a dinner lecture, because it would have looked weird not to, but I didn't eat the crust. And now my stomach feels really grumbly, if you know what I mean, so I don't think it is going to stay in there for long. Too much grease I think. My tummy isn't used to it.
Well, I am going to relax for a bit more, catch up on some TV I missed this past week with all my studying.

3.5lbs in four days is amazing! congrats on doing so well... especially while doing exams. Can I ask you how you stay focused on losing weight while studying? I just find its the most difficult time of year. Anyway keep it up! stay strong!

Doube standards suck! Fat, thin, boy, girl.. Doesn't it mess with your head when you think about it a lot? Like for me it drives me nuts that boys can be fat and still be deemed attractive, and get a hot gf. Bullshit. Bullshit! Ugh. Sorry lol.
