It is noon right now, and so far I have had a small banana, a cup of coffee with a dash of sugar and light soy milk, and a small cup of orange juice. I am hungry right now, but I can definitely keep this up until we go out for dinner at 5 this evening. So about 210 cals for all that, and if I keep it at about 400 cals for dinner, I would say that is a pretty good day. That is the plan.
I have also decided that I need to stop spending so much money. I just paid everything off on my credit card as of yesterday, so my balance is totally zero. I am going to try not to buy so much needless stuff, so I can save my money for London. The random trips to the drugstore, Target, and Walmart for things I don't need really adds up. So I am going to try to cap my spending right now. My problem is that I love shopping and buying things, and I become fixated on something and won't let it go until I have whatever it is I am obsessing over. Restricting not only on food, but on spending too! :)
I want to give a shout-out to a new skinnie. Her name is Emma and she is really nice and serious about being thin! She has some cool thinspo too. Check out her blog!
Going to take a shower now, and then going to study off and on, and read some more blogs as well. I have started following some new blogs, and whenever I start following someone, I start at the beginning of their entries so I know what has been going on, etc. It feels like I know them better that way, getting to know their story. Have good days, everyone!
Love you, Skinnies!

Aww, Sottile! :D :D
ReplyDeleteThat's a good idea - tomorrow morning I'm going to try my coffee with soymilk. I use a creamer that has 45 calories in a tablespoon, but the lowfat vanilla soymilk I have has 40 calories in a 1/2 cup. I'm going to try 2 tablespoon of that in my coffee tomorrow morning. (a 1/2 cup has 8 tablespoons, so 2 tablespoons of lowfat vanilla soymilk would be 10 calories. woo!)
