Out to Dinner

My dad told me this morning that he wants to take me out to dinner before I have to go back to school. So we are going out to eat tonight. Ughhhh. I know he means well, but really? I was content with eating salads where I had complete control over what went in them and how much salad dressing was put on top! I hate having to pretend to be happy eating when it's the last place I would rather be. I already had half a gluten-free english muffin this morning with some Nutella, and I plan to eat nothing else all day until dinner.

Anyway, I had seen this before and after picture of Jessica Stroup a long time ago, and wanted to put it in a post, but I forgot. I just remembered, so here it is!
She looked so much better when she was super skinny! I know she got a lot of negative press for her size, but when you're that gorgeously skinny, I would have just laughed it off. Oh well.

Love you, Skinnies!

  4. I like her at both sizes, but for different reasons.

Good luck eating dinner! You can do it, there are plenty of low-cal dinner options out there. Try researching the menu of the place you're going beforehand so you can plan ahead :)

  5. I hate the feeling of anxiety when i have to go out to eat. it usually starts out fine, but ends with me wanting to purge. socailizing and eating are hard to balance. i usually don't pay attention to how much of an appetizer i ate, and then i'm expected to eat a meal. ha ha. not cool

    good luck love

  9. DAAAAAANG, I had no idea she gained so much weight. Poor thing.

Keep in mind that you can ask for dressing on the side when you order salads out, no biggie! I hate asking for vinaigrette when I order a salad, but I always appreciate it after my meal when I'm satisfied and don't have that greasy feeling from ranch dressing in my stomach. Keep up the work!

Ps. as for gluten free stuff, could you tell me what you know about its benefits? I had gluten free mini muffins yesterday, but my dad told me that they have no other nutritional benefits besides their ease on the digestive system. Which would totally suck, because if I'm having calories, they might as well not be crumbly and dry =/
