Just some things to share:
Hot peppers are nature's laxatives. I had them with my dinner this evening, and my total bathroom count for the day is THREE TIMES!!! Woohoo! Once this morning, after I ate breakfast, and the other two times were after dinner! I think I am going to incorporate hot peppers into my everyday eating habits. And, they are negative calorie foods, so another plus! Warning, though. It's not for the faint of tastebuds. I personally have a huge tolerance for spicy foods, so the spicier the better. My two roomies just stand there with mouths gaping as I chow down on hot peppers, smiling on the inside as I know that I am burning more calories than what I am consuming. And I just love the laxative effect so much. I know this is TMI. But I am so concerned with my "in's" equaling my "out's". So I love when I have a lot of "out's" in one day. :)
Also, the doctor on Supersize Vs. Superskinny, Dr. Jessen, is so hott! If I were on that show and I had to stand in front of him in just my underwear, I would be so embarrassed. I am sure I would just start blushing and make a fool of myself trying to speak and sound intelligent. Man, it almost makes me want to go on this show so I can meet him! But in no way would I want to adopt the diet of a super-fat person. Gross!
I am feeling hungry right now. Love going to bed when I am hungry. Good night!
