I am still 124lbs. this morning. I HAVE to be 123lbs. tomorrow or I am going to break down. I am so sick of the number 124. So, this is my plan for today:
Breakfast will be my regular - yogurt with granola, orange juice, coffee with a very small dash of sugar and light soy milk. 320cals.
Lunch I will be skipping, as usual; I have to go to Dunkin' Donuts today because for a club event on Thursday morning, the club I am president of is going to have coffee and doughnuts for everyone. I need to ask if I need to place an order or anything. While I am there, I am going to get a giant coffee with skim milk and two Splendas, my regular order there. I am going to say 20cals. for the skim milk. I have my afternoon class today, from 3-5pm, so I am going to bring a banana with me, just in case I need it. That will be 100cals. if I eat it. But only if I need to; if I don't feel incredibly weak and hungry, or my stomach is not audibly growling, then I won't eat it. If the banana gets eaten, that puts me at 440cals. so far.
Dinner will either be skipped, due to "stomacheache", or I may have a few pieces of broccoli I cooked on Sunday, and fake some gumbo on top of it. So if that happens, the broccoli will only be about 40cals. at the most.
So, if I eat all my "maybe" foods, that will end my day at 480cals. If I don't eat any of my "maybe" foods, I will be at 340cals. for the day. I think at least one of my maybes will get eaten, but it would be awesome if I didn't feel the need to eat either of them. We will see. Even if I eat both maybes, that still puts me under 500cals. of all healthy stuff, so that should get me at 123.5lbs. tomorrow, if not 123lbs.
Well, off to dry and straighten my hair and all the other things to get ready for class!

yesterday I finally had a day under 800- it was 600 and still the scale is stuuuck. I'm beginning to think something is wrong with my scale. it probably wont change at all until I lose a good 5 pounds- I'm thinking of restricting and weighing on saturday morning. so it gives me lots of time to make a big difference!

Good luck with your plan! And good luck with class. Sometimes we get stuck at a platue(sp?), we all do. Just keep your mind focused, and positive. I love you though, because you are usually positive. I swear thats 70% of how I lost weight again
