Since you all seemed to enjoy putting a face to the name, I figured I would post some pictures of me at my skinniest (104lbs.) for comparison. These are from Fall 2007.
This one doesn't really show off the rest of my body, but I just feel really pretty in this picture. My face is completely chiseled, with no fat obscuring my jawline or cheekbones. I will be back there, very soon :) And all my Victoria Secret dogs in the background. Shop there much, I think?

My cousin is in the hooded sweatshirt, and I am throwing the peace sign. I think we were trying to be cool?? Standing by a covered bridge in rural Vermont. Yes, that is where home is. I am currently in school in New York state. If I am going to put pictures of myself here, you all might as well know where I am from too, right? LOLAnyway, I was 122.5lbs. this morning, and this evening when I weighed, I was 122.5lbs. YAYY!!! My strength is back and in full effect. And I'm delightfully hungry too. Yes, I love this :) I had yogurt with granola this morning for breakfast, and since we started our new block of classes and I will now be at school most days until 3pm and I must be seen eating lunch, I had a small amount of grapes, and a half a sandwich, using a 65 calorie piece of bread with about a tablespoon of peanut butter and a drizzle of honey. Then I didn't have anything else today at all. K made banana chocolate chip muffins (from a box mix, ick) this evening, and tried convincing me that I should eat one since they were SOOO GOOD. I politely said "No, thanks" and left it at that. No excuses, no apologies. Just no. Easy and simple. Perfect.
Here's hoping for a good number tomorrow morning!

See? You have amazing willpower! If only I had that kind of willpower, but alas, I am a bulimic at heart and am always wanting to purge... ugh.
ReplyDeleteDoes it help you to space out your food? It really depends for me on what I'm doing during the day (not in school, irregular schedule) so it has worked for me sometimes and not others. Maybe I should go back to it and stop trying to fast every single day, only to fail miserably.

ReplyDeleteBtw, the concert was amazing! It was Fergie's 35th birthday, so the whole stadium sung "Happy Birthday" to her. Ludacris and LMFAO were the open acts, and they rocked.

ReplyDeleteI try to not weigh myself too much. I used to do it EVERY morning And night. anytime i'd progress i'd often counter act it with a binge or eating too much.
