Not Much To Say

Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I haven't really had anything interesting to say of late :/ My weight keeps staying the same, basically, between 121.5lbs. and 122lbs. I just need to restrict more. I know I can do it, and the weight will fall off. It needs to.

Nothing else has happened on the cat front. T is away this weekend, so I am wondering if she will give K her final decision when she gets home tomorrow, after thinking it over for the weekend. Stay tuned!

Today for dinner, I had a small amount of EggBeaters scrambled. One serving is 30 cals, but I am not sure how big a size a serving is. The container says 1/4 cup is the serving size, but I've never measured it out, because whenever I make it, someone is home and I don't want to be caught measuring my food. It looks too suspicious. So I just eyeball it. I would say anywhere between 30-50 cals. I put some hot salsa on top, and then I made some baked beans. I had baked beans while I was in London at my uncle's house, and I liked them so much more than baked beans here! I think it's because the ones here have molasses, and the ones I had there had no molasses. Anyway, I found imported baked beans from the UK in the foreign food section at my supermarket, and I was really excited. When I tried them today, they definitely tasted like regular baked beans do here, so I must have gotten the wrong kind or something. I took a few bites and then threw them out. At least it cut down the calorie content of my dinner!

I am feeling hungry right now, and I'm about to go to bed, so hopefully I will see a lower number tomorrow. I definitely want to be out of this plateau by Monday.

  2. agreed, scrambled egg whites are the shit!
    i also like to add little tiny pieces of green pepper and onion. yummy. like an omelet only without the fattening cheese!


    you and I both will be back on track by Monday. I know we can do it! :)
