School Just Got Hyper-Time

I will post a proper entry tomorrow, I PROMISE! School just ruins everything lol! Suddenly the amount of material we are being lectured on and expected to know at the snap of a finger TRIPLED and I am still reading and highlighting like a fiend trying to get caught up and not fall behind, all the while trying to remember everything! It's all the liver's fault, I tell you.

Well, it is. We have the liver goddess lecturing to us this week. Seriously, this woman is world-renowned for her work on small animal hepatology. She knows everything there is and ever will be to know about the liver, and she is one of those people who is so incredibly smart that most people will never begin to reach her level. Luckily she is (mostly) down to earth about it, but still. She has lectured to us for seven hour-long lecture periods, and each packet of her notes is at least thirty pages long. One of them is sixty pages long! I seriously have a whole textbook to read from seven hours of lecturing. And guarantee you she is going to quiz us on all this when we get on clinics, and I will be like "Uhhhhh...." LOL

And some roommate drama went on this evening. But I will leave that for tomorrow when I have more time. I have a four hour block of time in the afternoon where I don't have classes, so I am going to come home.
