Thank You, SNOW!!

Back to 124lbs. this morning, just as I thought. Tomorrow I want to be lower.

Anddd..... lunch lecture was canceled today due to the storm!! YES!!!! As was my second class of the day that I wasn't prepared for anyway. I feel like a huge weight has been taken off my shoulders, I feel like I can breathe again, I feel calmed, I feel like the world just slowed down. All in that one instant when we got the email: Lunch lecture canceled due to weather. I had so much anxiety over that one meal, and now it has all dissipated, and I can have my normal routine, and all is right. I need my routine. My routine keeps me safe. The foods I am allowed are safe, and as long as I don't eat too much of them, I will be safe. I am in control in my routine, but having to step out of that routine scares me so much. Which is why I am SO HAPPY that the lunch lecture is canceled.

Did I mention I love snow? Well, I love snow. It brings all good things :)

Later, K and I are going to attempt to build a snowman. I don't know if the snow is the right consistency, you know, the packing kind, but we'll try. It will be fun even if it doesn't work.

Love you, Skinnies!

  2. I'm glad your lunch got canceled and you don't feel as stressed anymore :)

Although when stuff like that happens, I key myself up, and then my brain expects me to eat, and then I end up binging or something. Its really awesome that it doesn't have that effect on you. Good luck today-- glad you got a snow day!

  5. Hey lovely lady!

Veggie platters are indeed the best. I can't even say how much of what I ate last night was from that big-ass plate of carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Good stuff. Minimal dip. Should have been none, but oh well.

My hair was awesome, but no, I didn't do it. :P I went and had my stylist do it for me. $20. Plus tip. I think it was worth it. I slept on it and it's still nearly immaculately curled...I may re-use it for the party tonight. :P Get my money's worth, I guess. Same people from last night, though, so I'll have to modify it somewhat. Meh.

Hope you're well! You're doing such an INCREDIBLE job on your loss...So inspiring. I've gotta get my ass in gear and do it up right like you are...

    Stay lovely! :D
